“Absolutely shocking Company, avoid at all costs. Bought a iPhone December 2023 which arrived 2 weeks late and was faulty, returned it twice but they could not fix it, I refused collection from the postman and it was returned to Smart Cellular. They have no idea where the phone is which is easily solved by using the tracking number they used to accept it back. They would not share the tracking number so I can do no more. The result is that I have lost nearly £300 and don't even have a faulty phone. STAY CLEAR”

“I send and sold my phone in Aug over 10 weeks ago it was an iPhone 15 I have sent 26 emails and called 5 times for payment to be made with no response to make payment, after promises of calling me! They have in effect stole my device, I am contacting the police as we speak to report the device stolen! Rubbish company, thrives, never use them, they don’t answer the phone, or call you back please avoid them”

“6 weeks from the date my device was confirmed as delivered and I still haven't been paid, I have been told that my case has been escalated for the last three weeks and the same again today.
I wouldn't have had a problem with a one week delay or even two weeks can be understood but 6 weeks is just ridiculous.
After raising again with their customer service department after being told on Tuesday I will have an update tomorrow and still nothing I have informed them that I genuinely do not believe that Smart Cellular has any intention of paying me for my device and I'm now having to consider small claims court.

“Scam company - I’m guessing most of the good reviews are paid for or internally generated. I ordered a Brand New iPhone 15 which never arrived. Cancelled the order and 4 weeks later still waiting for a refund. I know now they don’t refund unless taken to court. So now I am making a claim through HM Courts & Tribunals which will cost them substantially more in the end. Hope it hurts!!”

Nearly three weeks now and still no sign of the iPhone and no communication despite an assurance that it would be here today. This is very poor and deeply disappointing
Ordered an iPhone and Apple watch totaling £450. Order was acknowledged and delivery promised within 3 to 5 working days. After the 6th working day nothing had arrived I emailed to see why the delay. They replied that they were having difficulty with the handset but they would be with me by the middle of the following week. Nothing arrived!! Emailed, phoned and used their chat, no response, phone disconnects after I min every time and on-line chat doesn't respond, recent emails ignored so no means of contacting them. Now in the hands of PayPal and Nationwide. I don't believe they have the phone in stock and they are waiting for someone to sell them theirs. Avoid them at all cost”
