“Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered phone and because they wanted some extra unnecessary information I cancelled the order and was promised a refund within 10 workings days. This didn’t materialise. Communication is non existent as all emails were ignored. Bought through PayPal so got them involved after which I had an email to say they had dispatched the phone even though I’d cancelled it. Needless to say they hadn’t. It’s now nearly 7 weeks since I cancelled the order and the refund still hasn’t been issued. The smart thing to do is avoid this company”

“Next day delivery was a massive let down only reason I went with them because they advertise next day, the phone wasn’t in the Royal Mail system till a full week later!! No communication from smart cellular they ignored my request to cancel it or even update me on delivery! The phone just rings out nobody answers it and when the iPhone turned up it had a deep scratch on the screen was meant to be pristine far from it! Probably the worse company Ive dealt with”

“I would strongly advise against using this company if you’re thinking of buying a refurbished phone. Waited 4 weeks for an iPhone XR eventually after numerous emails back and forth (you cannot contact them via phone) I was forced to recover my money using my credit card company. Throughout this period I was promised both delivery and a refund on numerous occasions only to be disappointed each time when neither materialised. I was informed 3 times that my phone had been dispatched which turned out to be untrue.
I do not normally bother leaving reviews, good or bad, however on this occasion I feel obliged to warn people of the dangers of using this company.”

Delivered on the 9/3/24 but with faulty power cable
Contacted Smart Cellular through chatbot to get a new cable but after 3 separate conversations still no cable.
I was asked leave a review via Tim Roland and explained the situation and a new cable and ear pods were delivered in 2 days.
All sorted out by 22/3/24
The phone is in great condition with 87% battery life but the after sales support is a bit poor.
I'm afraid It spoilt what was a good transaction.”
