“i have ordered iphone 11 max, they never deliverd, i asked to get tracking details never gave and told me to wait 10 working and they will contact me with update, as well as they will raise a case with royal and they will contacyt me, both they have not done. they intentionally frustrating me/customers to react and verbal abuse, i suggest you dont trust this website and bycott of purchasing, they have fake reviews, customer service is non responsive, they are using one with different names. there and phone line which they never answer. USE SHOULD USE SOME WEBS LIKE CARPHONE AND AMAZON IS MUCH BETTER AND CHEAPEST OPTION.”
