“Great service with prompt delivery and well packaged items. I have already reviewed Smart Home Sounds about a 5 metre Beam cable purchase. I hadn't set up my system with the Sonos 1 speakers so did not review on these until now.”

“Great service. Items as ordered, well packaged and delivered promptly. This is the second time I've used Smart Home Sounds after purchasing two Sonos 1 speakers with Flexson wall mounts. I thoroughly recommend this company and will use again. By the way - the customer service option below is not functioning so I cannot give it the 5 start rating that I want to.”

“Not one to normally write reviews. Preordered a Sonos arc prior to release and a little sceptical about timings of delivery’particularly with Covid etc. Product delivered by DPD on release day before 9. Fantastic!!!”

“Pre ordered the Sonos Arc on the 13th May and received on Launch day 10th June as I'd hoped. I had a query regarding delivery tracking and it was answered promptly and politely. Blown away by the Arc, the soundstage is wide and immersive. As for Smart Home Sounds, I have no complaints at all and will definitely be shopping with them in the future! Many thanks.”

“Ordered Sonos Arc fairly late in the pre-order process. SHS processed my 30% Sonos legacy discount in a few minutes and the Arc arrived on the release day as they promised. With a free 6 year warranty as well, this was top-notch service. Recommended”

“Delivery with smarthomesounds is always first class. Product arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Slight annoyance that I pre-ordered this and then there was an email offer to get £40 off that evening. Felt a bit of a slap in the face for anyone who had pre-ordered.”

“After watching their you tube videos on Sonos speakers and having previously brought a beam and two play ones it was time to expand my music to outside . I ordered the move on line and it arrived promptly and in perfect condition well impressed with Sonos and Smart home sounds will definitely recommend and will be back .”

“Amazing Products, Super Friendly Staff, nothing is too much trouble. Having just bought a Sonos Move I'm so impressed with the recommendation and the quality of this product, I've now bought a couple more. Delivery was next day as promised, with email updates giving an hour delivery window.”
