“Awesome service. Contacted them through live chat to consider bettering an online price I found. They called me back with a better offer, including better warranty terms (2 years) and free next day delivery - even after I ordered after 4pm. Polite and friendly on the phone, exactly what a customer service orientated team should be. Ordered SONOS Play1s and Playbar and stands - all arrived promptly next day. Some minor damage to the outside of the packaging but could well have been the couriers. Other than that no issues and would highly recommend.”
