Excellent communication and customer service. Dealt with Amelia via email who was really efficient and helped me choose the right product. Devialet Dione is out of this world. I’ve listened to various soundbars and decided on this without hearing it. So glad I did, definitely don’t need a subwoofer as it states and I’ve never heard sound like this from a soundbar. Unreal quality and would highly recommend this product! Thanks to Smart Home Sounds for a great experience!
