“What a fantastic service from Smart Home Sounds, i was sceptical at first when ordering for next day delivery,especially due to the distance of nearly 400miles.It did indeed arrive next day!!!! Also the price for the sony home theatre was£80 cheaper than anywhere else.and included free delivery. Aabsolutely fantastic service”

“I have just purchased a Rega record player through this company and they have been exceptional. The online chat feature on their website is super helpful and convenient. “Decided to buy a pair of Sonos Era100s from SHS as their price couldn't be beaten. Customer service from SHS dealing with a couple of issues not of their making (delivery courier, product set up) was very quick and helpful. I will be looking here first for any future purchases”

“Excellent communication and customer service. Dealt with Amelia via email who was really efficient and helped me choose the right product. Devialet Dione is out of this world. I’ve listened to various soundbars and decided on this without hearing it. So glad I did, definitely don’t need a subwoofer as it states and I’ve never heard sound like this from a soundbar. Unreal quality and would highly recommend this product! Thanks to Smart Home Sounds for a great experience!”

“I needed a new pair of Sony Linkbuds as my existing pair had started losing their charge. These buds have been sensational &, with their open design, are the first I've ever ridden my bike with. I found Smart Home Sounds after a Google search. The website looked professional, their price was the best plus they gave me an extra £10 off. I ordered on a Thursday & they arrived the next day. Great service. I'll definitely look at them again when I need some more sound tech.”
