“I already have lots of Sonos kit so know the product well. I just wanted a PlayBase to add to it. I've never bought any of it on-line before so this was a leap of faith. I'm glad I chose Smart Home Sounds. Service was Excellent. Fast ordering process, and a quick response to a question I asked about delivery. And the delivery service used (DPD) was excellent. They provided a slot time when it would arrive on Saturday and it actually arrived within the first four minutes of that delivery window. And of course the PlayBase is brilliant. “I received my order of a Rega Planar 1 and pre amp after a discussion with the helpline staff to advise me what was a suitable turntable for my Play5. There was a problem with the turntable but this was resolved within 24hrs and a replacement arrived at my door. Excellent service indeed.”

“""I've used Smart Home Sounds again to purchase a sub to go with the playbar and play 3's I bought a year ago. I cannot fault their service, once again I received my product less than 24 hours after purchasing and they were on hand to give me advice through their online chat with regard to the sonos 15% promotion. I have used other retailers in the past for sonos products but would only use Smart Home Sounds from now on as in my opinion their service cannot be beaten. I'm so pleased with my sub, I didn't believe it could make such a difference to an already great sounding set up. I cannot recommend it and Smart Home Sounds highly enough.”
