“After a Google search, I came to this site as they were the best priced and more importantly they had in house finance of 0%, which I happily took advantage of. Delivery was free and next day. Thank you for my early present to myself.”

“Fantastic service. Through no fault of Smart Home Sounds, the manufacturer had not packed some fitting screws into the sealed box. These were supplied the very next day, obviously free of charge and without fuss. I cannot recommend enough. Their knowledge and customer service is second to none.....”

“Really impressed with the service. I hadn't heard of the company before but found them through Google. The pricing was competitive so I looked them up on Trust Pilot where the reviews were positive which aligned well to my experience of using them. My order was dispatched within about an hour (if not less!) of ordering. with next day delivery. Unfortunately I wasn't going to be home the next day but because they use the best courier (DPD), it was easy to push delivery back by a day. When the product arrived, it was well-packed and exactly as described. A great experience from start to end.”

“I recently chose Smart Home Sounds as my preferred retailer for the purchase of a Sonos Beam soundbar. I first noticed the company from the informative YouTube reviews that they post and this was backed up by excellent reviews and a competitive pricing policy. I was particularly impressed by the 30 day trial period and free 6 year guarantee that they offered. I ordered the soundbar from the Smart Home Sounds website, which offered free next day delivery, however this did not work for me, but using the 'Contact' option on the website enabled me to request a Saturday delivery date. My enquiry was dealt with promptly and in a very efficient and friendly manner. My dealings with the company have been nothing but positive.”

“Bought a Sonos Beam from them but unfortunately it wouldn't work with my Samsung TV. The customer service tried to help me but to no avail. The return process was faultless and kudos to SHS for a truly great service despite the problem. I will buy from them again on the strength of this. Particular praise to Amelia who was professional and friendly throughout the process.”
