“Great service from start to finish Spoke with Jamie about the products I was interested in purchasing and He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Purchased my products online and this was sent out to me on next day delivery which was exactly how I was told they would be sent. “Having used SHS previously I purchased a pair of Era 300 speakers, ordered and delivered very efficiently as before. Sadly though no fault of this company the speakers do not apparently automatically "link" to my TV and other Sonos kit, i.e Arc etc because the app will not allow additional speakers as "surrounds" to an existing system which already has :surrounds" in the set up???? Despite sterling efforts BY TOM at SHS to talk me through a way of adding these when using my TV set up, I simply was not willing or able continually reach for a IPHONE OR IPAD to switch them on!! Nevertheless, I am pleased to have bought the speakers to enhance iTunes which I use on a daily basis, and again thank TOM for his considerable efforts.”
