I bought a product and paid £5 for delivery but when it arrived the lid wasn't secured at it had leaked inside the packaging (the lid wasn't secure). I contacted Slims who offered me 10% off my next order. There was no offer to replace the product, discount the product or refund the delivery charge. Very disappointing.
This was my first, and last purchase from Slims.
