“I had two £50 vouchers. On trying to use the first one it said I had to pay for delivery despite the website stating orders over £50 pound were free delivery. After an e-mail it was sorted. A pain. When I tried to use the second, I had no end of problems logging on. E-mail used and finally sorted. Again though I found there was a delivery charge. E-mailed again but no reply, gave up and paid for delivery. To much hassle and will not use Slim`s again.”

“Brilliant product and very quick processing but the only thing I could fault was the delivery courier used. Morelli Group delivered earlier than they said one day so I was not in when they actually turned up, I rearranged for the following day delivery (0850-1050) and they finally turned up at 1400. Just over 3 hours later then the latest timing giving. I’m personally Not so bothered about the delivery issue I didn’t need my delivery urgently, but I would recommend Slim’s maybe bring this concern to the courier themselves as this could be a big problem for others and also those who expect a delivery to arrive at a given time.”

“This will have been my 5th order with Slims now and each and every time the order has arrived on time and in very good condition, its very rare that I go anywhere else for detailing products and if I do its only because Slims don't stock the product I want which isn't often. Couldn't recommend Slims enough and I think there website is really well put together and so easy to use.”
