“Happy with everything apart from the 10% first order discount which is a pain as it means I have to keep using different email addresses to get it each time. It should just be 10% all the time or not at all. Also, there is a really annoying feature on the website when you click more details on a product. It does a scroll down the page (sort of thing), but it's really slow and annoying. Just make it instantly open the extra information, nobody wants delays and fancy sliding stuff like this.”

“Slim's Detailing is everything you could possibly want from a detailing equipment provider. Not only is the product variety impressive and extensive but time and time again I am proven that they have the same price. Along with the points system they have in place, I always feel like I get a fair price and rewarded for ordering from them. Once you've ordered, you can bet you will get a speedy delivery, 9 times out of 10 the delivery turns up faster than you could ever imagine possible. Not only all of that, I've called Slims for support and advice in the past and even when I hadn't bought a product directly from them, when stocking of polishers was tough in lockdown, they offered advice and support which ultimately lead to me resolving an issue. I can't thank the team enough for that. Top products. Top delivery. Top customer service. Only positive feedback and as we are setting up our business Slims will be a business we continue to work with to get top quality products from.
