“I made a purchase for the Halloween special but unfortunately because I had a discount code the final price was below £50 so I did not receive a free gift. I spoke to Sue and she was very polite and helpful in explaining the situation. A bit disappointing but the customer service was great.”

“Received da polisher very quick, was very surprised to see some freebies in the box, a microfiber cloth, 2 air freshners and a bottle of wax. The polisher is my chrimbo present so haven't used it yet. But looks like it's worth the money.”

“Absolutely brilliant. My first visit and purchase from Slim’s at their Enfield branch. The staff member (I’m ashamed to say I forget his name) was fantastic. Helpful, informative and couldn’t do enough to help me out. His advice and knowledge was invaluable and I was able to get everything I wanted with only the one item out of stock. I can honestly say that their customer service is up there with the best I’ve experienced. This will now be my one stop shop to feed my obsession.”

“Excellent service from all at slims detailing. Products are well packaged in sturdy boxes and bubble wrap. Delivery could be quicker if you have paid for it though. But overall an excellent company to do business with, always a pleasure to get my products from them.”
