I Purchased my Order from Slims Detailing on Friday 7th December- i purchased my products and paid for next day delivery- after completing this purchase, i checked that there business was shut over the weekend- and also missing the cut off time for the order to be dispatch that day for delivery on Saturday. I was very annoyed with this as i have paid for the next day delivery option, and therefore not receiving the service that i had paid for, i them got in contact with the business via both types of communication form email to facebook chat, where i was speaking with a guy who would put in some items to the value of the shipping fee, i therefore was still awaiting my order to be completed on Monday after being told it would be completed within the morning shift and be dispatched, Tuesday morning came where it said my parcel was completed and ready for delivery- i received my purchase on Tuesday evening 17.00GMT- When i opened the box there wasn't nothing in it other that the product i had ordered, no items for repaying me in the shipping fees, was very very disappointed after being told they would resolve my shipping issue, I would like it if i receive some information on why my items that you would repay me for shipping where never put into my order and i would like the shipping payment repaid to my account of some products sent out to my address of the vale of shipping fee, Very Unhappy Customer!!!

I'm not happy I'm very disappointed, I brought a bucket with grit gaurd that come with it but the grit gaurds don't fit. I mean why would you sell an item with grit guards that don't fit? But customer service told me that there are other expensive grit gaurds I can buy but then why would you include a grit gaurd with the bucket in the first place if it doesn't fit. Slim detail I am very disappointed with you.

Poor service. Ordered close to 1K worth of products of slims. After hearing about slims and there products I thought I would give it a try and invest in your products as your brand and reviews are very good. I did not receive anywhere near the treatment I expected! I ordered on a bank holiday paid for delivery the next day £22 pound fair enough I couldn't get it the next day after receiving my delivery money back this is fair. What I cannot accept is waiting nearly a week to get all of my products. Being told I would receive them one day, then waiting in my house. and not even having a courtesy call to tell me it wasn't coming. This is the start of the service. I happily get compensated and receive some free goodies for my trouble again. Fair enough. Then... I ordered one more item to top my itinerary off. A red cart, next day delivery paid for, arriving before 12 clock. To not receive my tool cart, by 12 then ring up and be told the delivery driver was going to deliver it. On his way home as "he lives round the corner from me" then still not get my package on time. Terrible service. Expected better. There's even a couple more detailing products I need to pick up. Hesitant to come back to slims. Anything you can do to change that ? Kind regards Bradley

Contacted Slims multiple times (think it was 4 in total over 3 weeks) regarding my unhappiness with one of their products. I bought a bag and did not believe it was fit for purpose, was told to return at my own cost even though this would cost half the bag as it is a large item. Was told I would get a call back each time but didn't. Didn't seem to get a straight answer and dragged on. Eventually got a nothing we can do answer. Not very happy with the service at all and wont be returning.

As a trade member, I was supposed to receive a "t shirt and other goodies" with my first order. I wrote in the comments section in my first order my size but when I received the package there wasnt a t shirt. Not very professional...

Well, To be honest in my own CUSTOMER opinion. Please! Please! Will you be so kind and find a completely different firm to give your money to these bunch of complete well failed JOKERS!!!! That will rip you off,give you false information has no charisma, To tell you the truth 24 hour delivery ? Well mine took 48!!! Emailed them to tell them that i hadn't received my item. Guess what NO REPLY!!!! No E MAIL BACK. CHOPPERS. (JOKERS). Phoned them next dat to get some reprobate, thick, monkey. Who is incompetent to open a can of tuna who can't even speak (MUTTERING STUTTERING!!!!) May be this guy is on bonus not to relieve that he docent get any due to his pig sick muggy attitude that was drawn up in the dark ages. To be honest I'm not into smoking pot but this guy is some what on another planet. Have mercy (MONKEY).. Any how,Any way... No doubt this will be deleted as this company is terrible... Goodnight.. Turn the the light out and lock your door as i can't honestly see your company getting more sells with terrible service from SLIMS. SHOCKING!!!!! Even your mother would be disappointed.... HAPPY DAYS ON MY PART THAT I WONT BE USING YOU GUYS AGAIN... AS I HAVE FOUND A BETTER COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.............................................HAPPY DAYS..

As stated many times throughout the site, the order deadline for next day delivery is 3pm, your order was placed after this time. This was explained to you by our Customer Service member when you contacted us. We’re happy you have found another company to meet your requirements, hopefully you will not feel the need to swear or use foul language towards any of their hard working team members who are simply trying to assist you.

Good afternoon Slims I am sat twiddling my fingers instead of cleaning my two cars. Ordered Wednesday, now Saturday. Called you yesterday to be told my delivery had been returned and would be with me today. Not happy and considering cancelling the order altogether.

Auto glym 5ltr tar remover arrived Box it came in was undamaged however contents the 5ltr tin was badly damaged at bottom and had leaked everywhere it was in a sealed bag so was clearly known when packaged The sealed bag was full of the tar remover liquid Received an email after my complaint to photograph damaged tin unfortunately not able to do as was thrown out saved some of the tar remover by decanting into a spray bottle Really not impressed clearly done when packed as exterior box had no damage

Placed my order a week ago, got a message from DPD it would be delivered on April 4th and since then nothing. No communication from anyone. I don’t know if order is despatched or not and certainly don’t think the delivery charge for next day! is justified. Poor performance on something so simple, communication.

Almost a month after purchase and I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED items bought. What is wrong?? It is the first purchase in Slim's Detailing and so far not good. Thank you, Jorge

Rupes Mille Delux Kit arrived in a less than Delux condition! Package arrived in a Slims Detailing box not a genuine Rupes box, the machine had damage and marks to the surface as though it had been used and returned or a shop demonstrator. Every single product and package contained in the “Delux Kit” had been opened or in some way damaged. This is a £600+ kit which Slims offered me a £150 discount for the condition of the contents. If it wasn’t for the logistical complications of returning this kit I wouldn’t have accepted this but I was left with no choice. After having purchased 5 Rupes machines through Slims, I will not use this company again. They have left me feeling cheated and lied to on this machine. Disgusted in their service.

The package I received was missing one item I ordered. Anyways, Called them, the representative was nice but told me the item is not in the inventory. They did refund but that doesn't solve my problem of then finding the item somewhere else and in the process losing time. ( I was planning to send the package on to my brother as a gift...)..pls sync your warehouse inventory with website properly!

Having only used Slims Detailing twice, I unfortunately have not received the same five star rated service others have. Quite the opposite in fact. The first time I ordered from them, upon receiving my goods, part of my order was missing. This was a Gtechniq ultra applicator. Despite it being listed on the invoice, they did not include it in the box. I rung them and was not given an apology at all by the young guy who spoke to me on the phone. They did send it out to me, however, it arrived days later than it should have. Despite this disappointing service I thought I would give them a second try, and put it down to one of those things. Recently I was looking for a certain tool, I browsed the other companies websites I regularly use, however, they did not stock it. So I thought I would give Slims Detailing a second try, and yesterday returned to place another order. Despite placing another order with them, the service that I previously received has not changed at all for the better, and still remains to be atrocious. This clearly is their standard level of service. After placing my order with Slims, I promptly received my order confirmation email. Within the email it stated I would receive a follow up email when my order had been shipped. I did not receive this. I checked my account and it says it had been shipped. I have been extremely disappointed in this companies service.

Christmas present that I ordered for del on tues not arrived. Think it's the carriers fault but still unable to give as present because we are away first thing fri morning.

I emailed and telephoned to say I was out of the country on the 30Aug till the 13 sept So make delivery on the 14 Sept I waited in all day and No one arrived. Please cancel this order and refund me ASAP Service is non Existent WHAT WENT WRONG ????

Hi. I ordered a backing plate for my Rupes machine. This was showing in stock on your website. I was then told it wasn't in stock (ok, these things happen). I was told I should have it around 4-5 days later than initially expected and there would be some nice freebies added for the inconvenience. Great. So I eventually received the backing plate 23 days later with no freebies. Disappointing service. I appreciate things don't always go to plan however I am very disappointed with this service.
