First and last time I’ll buy something from Slims - sorry. Your deliverers are in the dark ages. Gave me 10 minutes notice of a 2 hour delivery time slot. No option to leave in a safe place or deliver to a neighbour. Despite leaving a window open, the deliverer left a note saying I need to collect from the depot. I may as well have bought from a shop. Rubbish

Sent a email regarding a product clearly dident pick up on my email 1st time week ago sent a 2 email then i had a responses not happy at all with the services

Delivery no show phone up got told they tried today but I find this hard as I work from home. For me I would look at using DPD has you get real-time tracking and much better delivery people. Just because you give free delivery not need to use such a bad company.

I ordered some interior protection products along with ceramic coating on Wednesday with free next day delivery and I left instructions to leave it in a safe place. I haven’t received anything on Thursday, after phone call on Friday morning I had to give those instruction again (as they didn’t have them). I didn’t received anything until today (Monday), furthermore, I lost my Saturday job worth £500.

Paid for next day delivery. Products didn't arrive the next day. Was told It's not in their hands but down to the delivery company. Could have purchased the products cheaper elsewhere and received them in the same timescale. I asked for a refund on the delivery charge since I didn't receive the next day delivery service I had paid for and my order is with slims not the delivery company. Why not choose a better delivery company? Why make a big show about providing next day delivery? No direct response for a delivery refund.

I have been a regular customer of slims for years now and would never go anywhere else the service is outstanding. however I decided to place a large order to get a car ready for a full detail for a show. first of the website was incredibly slow and impossible to use, I then did not receive the correct amount of award points stated on my receipt and was fobbed off with a reply that made no sense. I also received no trigger heads for items that should have come with them leaving me unable to use the products. this is the first time slims have let me down and I am very disappointed after spending a decent amount of money for someone who does it casually.

I cannot leave a review at this time as i purchased an item from you i had paid extra for next day delivery . Unfortunately this is now 4 days later after i had to rearrange the delivery. I was not given NOR offered a time slot / delivery day. After i called the courier i was told it will be out for delivery on Monday at some point , i am now forced to stay in the house ALL DAY to wait . I was not asked if i could sign electronically for it / leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place of my choice.. So as stated 🤷🏻 i cannot review that which i have NOT received...

got an expensive product which is almost expired. Seller slow in responding. Will have to rely on pay pal eventually.

Hi, We replied to your message the next day requesting a photo of the product and expiration date. As we said, If you could please send this over to us and you have an older kit we'll arrange a replacement for you straight away. Much Love, Slim's.

Did not receive products next day as stated on website. When they arrived days late, called to find out why, was offered no explanation or even apology. Terrible company with terrible customer service - would never use again.

Payed for next delivery for an order of 3 items. One item was delivered and thats only because that came from one of your distribution depots 10mins from my house. And 5 days later still waiting for the rest of my order. Was left a voicemail by you to say they attempted delivery. But no card was left so how am I ment to know where to collect my order from. Really not happy.

They write in the FAQ, that they process VAT refunds in 48 hours. After 2 weeks it is still not processed. They also won't answer emails regarding this issue. (I've missed an item from my order. I've sent an email, asking to add it, it was 29 minutes after the original order. They have answered after 3 days, that it is already shipped...)

Was very disappointed with my order, purchased a bottle of Carpro Hydro2 Foam by next day delivery, more than 12 days later still nothing. Opened a case with paypal to try to get it delivered, but instead I got refunded. Customer service said that the price on their website was wrong so that is why they didn't deliver.

Was very disappointed with my order, firstly my order came in a reused chemical guys box, it was ripped and one of the bucket dolly’s legs wit sticking out and had suffered some damage. secondly the Bilt Hamber foam 5l was crushed, my buckanizer was not in the packaging but rather opened and the packaging folded away on the other side. It’s a fame as I was really looking forward to my order. But I got good customer service hence the 1/5.

If there was a 0 star I would have selected it... Awful experience with a simple delivery of a bucket and guard and yet it must have been my issue since we were supposedly not in and the courier must have left a delivery attempt card..neither of which happened!! Instead I had to go and order online for next day delivery but guess what...I got it on time and as promised!! As per Detailingworld...listen to your feedback or your business will be damaged!!
