1. The registration procedure is torturous. 2. No matter how I try I cannot change the password you have given me. 3. I wasn't impressed with the attitude of the person I spoke to about the password issue. 4. You say I will receive an email regarding delivery window...I did not. On the plus side, ordering was easy and the products are good. The thing is, I can get these products in many, many places so why would I come back to you? First order, probably the last. Such a shame because my initial contact via email about one of your products (the stool) was very genial and informative.

Delievry came on friday, but im still missing my Swiss Wax!!! Now have to call again on Monday

Products were great, service to deliver was not on time even though its an expensive next day service. Was offered no refund for the delivery charge, poor customer service. Need to be a better in such a competitive market.

I'm Bitterly disappointed with the service. I placed my order on the 17th May.. Its now the 27th May and have not received anything, And have had no lines of communication in the slightest, despite my numerous attempts at contacting via email and telephone. Order #100001069 As a matter of urgency I would like a response.
