The entire process from online purchase to despatch was without fault and prompt. It was let down entirely by useless the APC delivery company - as of writing this review I have yet to receive the Wooly Mammoth Drying Towel! APC claimed to make a delivery on the 03/11/2021 at 15:38 - they did not as I was working from home when I received the notification. CCTV shows no delivery driver making such an attempt. I booked a redelivery for the following day and they didn't turn up - there is no email notification either. Now I'm left in a limbo of not having to be able to rebook for re-delivery as there is no link for rebooking. There is no response from APC customer service either. Hopeless situation!

Products are decent. Can't say the same about the business. I applied as a trade customer which took long enough. They also state that once you have spent £250 as a trade customer you get a welcome pack which I haven't received yet and I have emailed numerous times with no feedback whatsoever. In my personal opinion you can get the same products for the same price elsewhere and are quicker delivery times. It states next day delivery but isn't. Dreadful customer service

The ‘foam’ was very weak. I felt washing up liquid would have foamed better. Ended up re-washing the car with Autoshine products.

Even though I gave the wrong postcode for delivery. I had to sort it out with the delivery company myself. My email to Slims has never been replied to as well as my phone call. First time using and last time using. Still waiting for my parcel.

Delivery still not received. BIG mistake to ask for a review when fulfilment of an already paid for order soooooo very slow. Products better be good as I’m not impressed so far.

Second time I’ve shopped with Slims. First time I ordered, they didn’t have one of the items. This was on a Monday. Told me to come by Friday to collect all of it. Friday came, that item wasn’t ready for collection. They said it would be delivered on Monday. Nothing, had to chase them on Tuesday to get it delivered on Wednesday. Second time I ordered, I collect my items and the spray triggers don’t even fit the bottles. Website shows certain items in stock for collection, although this is not true as they are Coventry apparently. I’d rather order from my car cleaning and pay extra delivery for next day orders and these arrive always on time and even the bottles come individually packed incase something leaks. I’d avoid slims as I don’t think they are really bothered with that type of customer service

ordered on the 16th april arrived on the 21st with trigger missing of one of the product bottles , called customer service , THE MOST RUDE AND UNHELPFUL PERSON I HAVE SPOKEN WITH ON THE TELEPHONE ,EVEN HUNG UP ON ME HAL;F WAY THROUGH EXPLAINING SITUATION , I Did get the trigger sent out , but will never use again .

Spent £600 on a single order, still waiting for it to be delivered phoned them up and they claim to have so so many orders to process Whilst on the phone the woman said the order hasn’t even been picked yet so couldn’t provide a delivery date Absolutely shocking won’t be buying again from them Enquired about a optional extra for a tool James said I’ll call the supplier now and will get back to me via phone Guess what still waiting for that call James

We saw an overwhelming increase in orders over the Bank Holiday weekend and we are also continuing to stick to Government COVID-19 guidelines which does slow our process down somewhat. Poor delivery wait. Normally a clean your car customer, I was sent a 10% off email by slims ahead of the Easter weekend and having used my points on my last CYC order decided to give slims a go. Despite spending £123 at midday the Wednesday before a BH weekend I’m still waiting for my package to arrive. Even slims must think I have my package as I’ve been sent the “we hope you liked your package give us a review” email. I appreciate post can be slow around bank holidays but without any noticeable option to select different shipping options at check out I’m amazed it’s still not arrived and according to tracking info not further than “confirmed”. I placed an order at CYC at the same time Wednesday as slims were out of stock on a couple of items I wanted for my weekend detailing job, despite selecting their slowest and cheapest shipping option, it arrived next day! Will be sticking with CYC from now on.

Hi yes I would like and enjoy the item I have ordered, but it’s a little problem I still don’t have it! Supposed to get it Wednesday then I had an email that is gonna be yesterday and nothing still waiting. Rang delivery people they “recon” is gonna be delivered on Tuesday the 6th. Obviously I’m not happy and in that case I don’t recommend Slim’s Detailing.

Received my order today, 1 box wasn’t delivered due to a leak, I emailed to chase up about what’s was going to happen as I haven’t heard anything but didn’t get a response so I phoned and explained, got told I didn’t email them! There was a Item on my order confirmation email but not in the box or even the invoice. I’ve emailed over my missing items with a picture of the invoice, I haven’t heard anything back, still unaware of when I’ll receive my missing items. Terrible communication skills. I will definitely not be using again !

I had taken a day off work to take delivery of the items bought from sims and nothing arrived and to add insult to injury its been well over a week now and still no refund from them. Buyers avoid as i wont be using them again.

My recent order arrived with a single low cost item missing. I sent an email and called about the omission. I even made a follow up call. It’s been over week since first contact with no contact and indication of a resolution. I think this is pretty poor. I expected them to acknowledge the error and just send me a replacement. Disgraceful customer service. Will never use again!

I ordered a present with next day delivery almost 2 weeks ago. And Christmas Eve has still not arrived even though for the last 2 days they’ve sent me tracking links to follow it and still not turned up.
