“Garden Court was an amazing property where our family had a fab break last week. The property is lovely and felt very homely. We all enjoyed our stay especially the beautiful garden, plenty of space to have a game of football or cricket. The swimming pool in its own building was heated, the only issue was the depth, unfortunately with young children they couldn't stand up and it fell away to 8 feet rather sharply. This didn't stop us using the pool but would have preferred it to have been all one depth. No issue with sleeps12, in fact the fuse had tripped in the kitchen and Jake had to be called, he came over quite quickly and sorted out the problem, he was concerned as to how long the electricity had been out which actually wasn't that long. We would definitely recommend Garden Court for a family get away.”

“From our first contact with Sleeps 12, all our queries were quickly and efficiently taken care of, both online and by telephone. All the information required was available re facilities, directions, arrival, and departure. Sean was exceptional with his friendly and informative handover and was available at all times to respond to our queries during the stay.”

“I have used Sleeps 12 several times now and would highly recommend them. Really easy website to book your holiday, regular reminders of payment dates and then full information about the property once booked. We have just had a fabulous family holiday at Herons Bank, definitely one of their best properties and had no issues at all. I am already looking to book for next year's holiday.”

“Flossy Brook is a fabulous lodge. 13 of us stayed for a week ranging from 2 to 68. All love the place, pool and play area. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.”

“Plenty of space and everything we required was available in one of the drawers or cupboards. Location was perfect for visiting the beaches, pool was very nice and the children loved it. Only negative there was no sand pit as shown in the photo and cabins are very close together and was noisy at times from the adjoining neighbours.”

“Amazing weekend get way with girlfriends. The property was beautiful, spotlessly clean, well equipped and very spacious and comfortable. Great outside space, swimming pool, breeze house and hot tub was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this property and go back again. This is the 2nd time I've used sleeps 12, they are a great company to deal with, very professional and good communication.”

“Croftview is a wonderful place to stay. I cannot think of anything negative to say about it. It far exceeded my expectations & the family were blown away with it. Every little detail had been thought out carefully. Such a special place, no one wanted to go out, we just wanted to enjoy our time there & we certainly did. A belated 70th birthday celebration due to Covid, which will never be forgotten. A special thanks to Charlotte.”

“Although i think Sleeps12 is a very good service, the only complaint i have is the time it takes to redeem the damage deposit that is required on bookings, surely the money should be transferred back to the customer the day after leaving the property after all the property is prepared for the next customer the day they leave. The longer it takes to get it back, the chances of Sleeps12 missing out on a booking get more likely.”

“Really good service, and easy to deal with. Sent handy reminder emails when items were due for payment. The property we stayed at was impeccable. And loved that there was a good list of things to do nearby, activities that we could bring on-site, and floor plans for the property. Would definitely use Sleeps 12 again.”
