“We had a great family holiday at Riverside. A very spacious house with every amenity both inside and outside. Lovely location on the river bank, perfect for sundowners with the swans. Very helpful host who went the extra mile to provide what we needed. Easy booking and speedy return of security deposit. Thankyou.”

“Wow! What an amazing house and gardens, set in a beautiful part of Somerset. We enjoyed all the facilities the house had to offer and had the most relaxing week. It was so good to spend quality family time together. We loved the open plan living area, the decor was light and airy, and sinking into the bath and looking and the gorgeous view was just pure luxury. We had a wonderful time and would love to return another time.”

“Churchill 20 was an outstanding property. The photos on the website do not do it justice. The views from the balcony are stunning and suited perfectly a group of 4 families with teenagers but could easily accommodate more. The games room and pool area were a huge hit and the enormous cinema/sitting area was perfect for 'singstar' competitions in the evening. The rooms and bathrooms are exactly like in the photos - clean, modern, comfortable and with huge amounts of space. Facilities such as the wine fridge, ice maker and multiple fridges, freezers, dishwashers were all used! Electric car charging was extremely easy - I paid for it as an extra online, and Antony enabled it on arrival. The ability to configure rooms and pay for extras on the Sleeps 12 website was really easy. Antony the owner was really friendly and helpful and only minutes away. We had Kitchen Garden Somerset, Private chefs cater for the entire weekend and Brian Bland outdoor pursuits come to the property for laser clays and archery competition. Highly recommend both companies.”

“I was looking for a family holiday lodge that was big enough for 11 of us which would accommodate for all ages, that's when I came across sleeps 12 .com they have been fab to deal with no problems what so ever will definitely use again next year.”

“The venue is amazing! The location amazing. Couldn’t fault it. Was better than expected and exceeded our expectations. Already looking at when we can return. Only issue was the building noice from the site. But was made aware of this on the site. So if expecting a lay in might be abit noisy.”

“At first sight, Fuzzy Orchard appears amazing. However, after just 24 hours reality creeps in. For an elderly person, and some not so old, there were no suitable chairs in the whole house. They were either hard, metallic and painful, or soft, and very difficult to get out of. The beds were clean but squeaked and groaned with every movement, so much so that my daughter and her partner had to sleep in separate rooms so as not to wake the baby. All the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and by Thursday morning we had had enough and went home early to a comfortable bed. The kitchen appliances were all much too complicated to understand in the short time we had, the ice maker was very noisy, there was a leak in the kitchen ceiling - which meant we couldn't use half the dining table. There were ants in the kitchen which made it difficult for my daughter to sterilise baby bottles and to keep food safe. For me, for the price, it was an extremely disappointing holiday. Comfort is the most essential element for an ideal holiday and at Fuzzy Orchard there was little to be had! Frankly, overpriced, money wasted!”
