“Being able to celebrate our ruby wedding with our family in that amazing house, cottage & grounds was better than we ever imagined. The way the pool has been built into the hillside with that spectacular view is very special, we all swam every day. The snooker room is also so special along with the woodburning stove creating a wonderful ambience.The cottage is also amazing. It was everything we wanted, peace, space and tranquility, you could not hear anything else except birds singing. It was truly wonderful. We will definitely be returning.”

“Sleeps12.com were very easy to deal with and any questions were quickly answered. The accomodation found was amazing and a great price compared to many other websites. This house slept 13 of us and was the most beautiful house and gorgeous surroundings. Everyone was very impressed - we would definately revisit this website again as all the houses look stunning.”

“We had a great week at the Old Rectory near Watchet in Somerset. We were warmly welcomed by Claire who was very helpful all week. The house itself was very well equipped and beautifully decorated with lots of space and separate areas allowing different activities. There are great walks directly from the house. The Sleeps12 website is easy to use and questions were responded to promptly”

“OUTSTANDING!!! This is our 8th cottage as a group and over the years we've stayed in some crackers but this one knocks spots off the lot of them. The facilities are fantastic, size of the property is so much bigger than the photos portray, decor is very well done, it's modern, clean and also cosy. Hosts were lovely and nothing was too much. We're already organising dates to return”

“What a wonderful property Churchill is. Everyone in our group of friends and family agreed it's even better than it looks in the photos, so much space and spotless throughout. Plenty of places nearby to visit including Coates Willow Centre, Lyme Bay winery as well as Lyme Bay, and three national trust properties not far away. We all agreed must find another reason to come here again.”

“I booked Ham Bottom for a low key birthday celebration. The house was incredible, we were met on arrival and given a tour, all contact with the Sleeps12 team was brilliant and their excitement for our trip was infectious. I can’t recommend them enough, everything was utterly perfect and the house went way beyond our expectations.”

“The house was beautiful presented and everything we needed was there including, dishwasher tabs, toilet rolls at other properties we had to take with us. Swimming pool was great and very well kept, and nothing was to much trouble when we met the owners on arrival”
