“We stayed at Duxhams in Somerset. It was such a gorgeous house and all of us were in awe the entire time. Sleeps12 were very responsive when we contacted them regarding our booking and were always helpful.”

“We had very good communication with Sleeps12.com throughout. The property was as described, it was spacious and well equipped for a large party. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor space, especially useful for our 4 year old grandson. We would definitely use sleeps12.com again”

“Really fabulous place to stay! The communal barn allowed a nice place to relax and have fun in the evenings whilst kids slept safely and without worrying about waking them up! All the buildings were styled and kept to a really high standard and had everything you would need! Everything was super comfortable and relaxing! The gardens were great for the kids with a trampoline and outside baths! And the hot tub was a hit with the grown ups! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning!”

“Good company to deal. Such a delight that you can still speak to someone! They came back very quickly with any questions or queries. The house we stayed in was exactly as photographed and described. Would definitely deal with them again.”

“This is a very positive review . The team at sleeps 12 were excellent . I cannot fault anything . The communication was exceptional . The team were very helpful . “We had a lovely stay here with my close family celebrating my 60th birthday. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated and well thought out. The kitchen and dining area is well positioned with plenty of crockery, cutlery and dishes to accommodate all 10 of us. The two dish washers are a great idea, with one in use and one being loaded at all times. The games room is great with the pool table and the mezzanine with with football table a great bonus. We spent a lot of time in the indoor pool which was great as the weather, although dry wasn't warm enough for sunbathing. The lawn area between the two barns was perfect for our games of boules and the play area well kept. All in all a fantastic weekend in a beautiful barn.”

“Dealing with Sleeps 12.com from start to finish was an absolute delight. It’s a challenge to arrange a large family celebration with family members arriving from so many different areas, the last thing that you want to worry about is the accommodation. Sleeps 12 and the hosts at Riverside get a 10 out of 10 to make the whole experience exceptional. Well done and thank you. Don’t hesitate in using Sleeps 12.”
