“Very good response and help from Steve at Skylight Blinds. Blinds were a good price, easy to assemble, of a good quality and easy to fit. However, as our ceiling recess was high (9 to 11ft), we needed a platform and two people minimum especially for the larger of the two blinds. I would highly recommend them.”

“Initially a good impression at competitie pricing. However after the order was placed there was no indication of an estimated delivery date. Having waited nearly three weeks I reached out and recieved a prompt reply and a a prompt delivery afterwards. Unfortuantely, this was only the beigninning of issues as the product I've recieved does not match what I ordered dimension-wise. Despite using the seller's selection tool for Velux frame code (GGL P08 in my case); the product that was sent to me does not even come close to the standard measurements for this frame. Week later, I am still waiting to hear back on the matter and for now a couple hundred down the drain. I hope I'm able to come back and update the review with something positive.”

“So find the blinds a bit Klunky - definitely not smoooth in terms of operation. Delivery from Evri was appalling - not the blinds company fault but they chose Evri! Customer service via chat was good but I would have much preferred to speak to somebody on the phone to explain my problems with Evri. Quality of blinds is (I think) fairly average”

“Very pleased with the blind and it does what we wanted it to do. It keeps out the heat but still allows the light to come in. We found it easy enough to fit, although we are in our 70's but we do have basic diy skills. The pole was expensive but it is good quality. We would certainly recommend skylight blinds to anyone. The delivery was quicker than expected. Thank you Skylight Bliinds.”

“Although Naomi was very helpful the service went badly wrong blaming factory overload. Blinds not delivered within the 30 day agreed period. Blinds sent to another country- Eire for which DPD did have an EIRCODE for me as I live in Wales. I had to chase and provide info for the order whereas I should have been contacted by Skylight confirming order was ready for despatch on my return. Delivery as it went to Eire was not within the statutory 30 day period given in Consumer Rights Act 2015. Surprisingly I have to believe a new set were made and correctly delivered within 5 days from an overworked factory. I had fitters arranged who had to be cancelled due to delay and Bank Holidays.”

“Blinds are great and solve the problem of the flys round the lantern in the hot weather. My only problem with is how long they will last. There starting to sag slightly under the weight.”
