“Extremely professional and very helpful from beginning to end. Blinds are a very good quality for the price, a quarter of the price quoted from Hilarys. Although Hilarys quote included installation the blinds were so easy to install it wasnt an issue. 100 per cent recommend 👌”

“It was simple to fix the blind framing and it works very well. However, it was very important to get the required measurements accurately to the millimetre. My joiner was also impressed but suggested that you could provide one extra fixing hole in the centre of the long sides and also longer screws for fixing through insulation.”

“Great service and good prices for the roof blinds - we went for the manual one as only open and close occasionally plus didn’t want to spoil new plaster finish with wiring ! Steve and Naomi are both knowledgeable and very helpful. The honeycombe blind was a little tricky to install as you have to make the whole thing on the ground and lift into position ( 4.5 mtrs x 1.6mtrs) but my we managed it with the help of our neighbour.”

“So far I have been dealt with by an AI agent, who then handed me on to what I assume is another AI agent from the way the interaction is drafted. Some of it works ok, some of it is clearly madness. For example one part of the system is what sapping me about measurements with poor instructions and another is emailing me saying that I have already made a purchase (I haven’t) and asking for a review. I haven’t seen the product yet. We all want to keep prices down, but I would feel much happier if “Steve” the AI assistant was actually a human called Steve, or that when I specifically ask to engage with a human I was actually passed to a human not another version of the AI called “steve” with a slightly unconvincing profile pic :(((”

“Fantastic company to deal with, nothing was too much trouble both before purchase or after delivery. We bought the honeycomb electric roof light blind with solar charger and Alexa plug. I did a lot of research in the market and this was the best product and at a great price. Definitely recommend the company and the product. Easy to install and the questions I had were answered quickly.”

“I purchased and ordered the Skylight blinds twin manual honeycomb open-view panels. These came with a 10% discount code from Skylight blinds direct. They were made-to-measure for my framework rails and blinds size 4795x1465. I installed the rails assembly and managed to fit them into my roof lantern myself, following the instructions from their website video. I’m pleased with the results; the blinds look fantastic in my orangery. They effectively reduce glare on my home PC monitor and TV while also creating a cosy atmosphere. Even with the lights on at night, they maintain a comfortable room temperature. I appreciate the communication with Naomi and Steve. Overall rating: 5 stars Thank you.”
