“Very easy and pleasant to deal with. I found it simple and easy to put the blind up in place considering it was 4.1m x 1.8m. It did take 3 people though, but I expected that due to the size of the blind”

“Good customer service on if you’re unsure about the blinds had a good chat with a gentleman regarding what type of blind I should go for my sky pod lanterns for my room. I also managed to fix the blinds together myself very straightforward and easy instructions were simple and to putting them up too Just installed them not so long ago and find that they are perfect. Thank you once again.”

“Bought the Honeycomb Manual Blind for my lantern skylight. It is an excellent product and the service from the company second to none. The blind arrived a week or so after the order was made and I had a friend install it. The kitchen is now SO much cooler and I suspect it will be warmer in winter, making it just perfect. The problem with flies has diminished too, so it is a win win for me. Thank you Skylightblinds Direct.”

“Ordered 4x blinds in June 2020 which worked fine until last weekend when 1 failed and screwed up the material, contacted customer services who informed the blind was out of warranty, just over a month, queried this given the blind was only just out of their 5year warranty only to be then told the warranty period is only 3years even though their website states the period as being 5years, so much for customer service.”

Sorry to hear about the blind failure - it's always disappointing when something reliable suddenly stops working properly. Your blinds from June 2020 came with the 3-year warranty that was standard at that time, and you've actually had excellent service from them lasting over 5 years. That's really good performance from the product. We have recently extended our warranty to 5 years for new purchases, which may have caused some confusion in the information you received. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

“Still waiting for my blind ordered 5 weeks ago and apparently dispatched 4 days ago. DHL apparently sent it to a depot in Leicestershire rather than Bristol! Website said orders would take 10-15 working days to be delivered soon be 25 working days and still no blind.”
