Love!! Our orangery was freezing 6 months of the year, but after fitting the lantern blind it finally keeps the heat in!! Only downside was the lack of instructions, there were a few videos on their website but it took some trial and error.

Our kitchen has two large roof lights (2.8 x 1.5m), great in daylight but a large black space at night. We found the Skylight blinds simple to assemble and with the help of two friends and a bit of preparation easy to install. Very pleased with the appearance and performance and although the roof lights are triple glazed there is a noticeable difference with the insulation they provide.

The blinds arrived earlier than expected, unfortunately without the screws or remote control. Then closed for 2 weeks for Christmas so a little frustrating

Manual pole is universal and not custom meaning no positive connection with the blind, risk of the pole slipping and damaging the fabric.

To be honest I'm not a big fan of automated phone call service however with that put on a back burner for a minute, I did get to talk one to one with Steve a long standing member of the team. He understood the project I was working on and eventually when the time was right we decided to go with Skylight blinds. My advice to anyone who decide to purchase an electric blind is to measure measure and then measure again. Don't be frightened to ask questions to your potential supplier and if your unsure about the project your undertaking ask. These people, behind the automated service are really good and know the business. I'm afraid that being older, I just needed some reassurances of which they supplied. My advice to Skylight Blinds is be patient, chill out on chasing orders as your very good without that.

Sky blind works well and delivered in reasonable time. When arrived I tried to assemble and remote control did not work. I contacted by phone messages etc but it took 2 days for a response, very poor customer care.

The staff were excelent could not have been more helpfull with planning and ordering, blinds were delivered before expected, assembly and fitting was simple, I needed help to install them as my arms wernt long enugh (1.8 M sqare). The differance to the room is remarkable, we now can use it in the winter evenings, I look forward to seeing the effects in spring/summer.We are extremely pleased with blinds. Tony.

Excellent Service and Quality Product I recently ordered a skylight blind online. The first blind unfortunately did not arrive as it was damaged during transit, and was returned to the company. The person I originally dealt with was not the blind manufacturer but a third party advertiser through Google search. However, because of the hassle with delivery I was contacted from the owner of Skylight Blinds Direct. The company handled the situation brilliantly. Nigel personally delivered and fitted the replacement blind, which was a great touch and showed real commitment to customer care. The blind itself is fantastic – it fits perfectly and really helps keep the heat in, making a noticeable difference to the room. The quality is excellent, and the installation was quick and professional. Overall, I’m very impressed with both the product and the service. Things don’t always go perfectly, but how a company responds makes all the difference, and Skylight Blinds Direct went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality skylight blinds and great customer support.
