“Not installed as yets as clip fixings require, Very Flt head screws and Skylight have not provided or recomended Screws ro fix clips throiugh drylining wll finish. Suggests that Skylight blind review this and provide all fixings, also the middle upstand on top of the Pelmet inpedes the fixing and should be reduce in size wherte possible.”

“Don't waste your money, would give 0 stars, even 1 star is too many. Flimsey plastic rubbish almost like Chinese lantern paper!! Set it up according to rubbish instructions, did not work. Couldn't get it working through trouble shooting method. Contacted customer service who didn't belive me at first and had to make many texts in order to get a response. Asked for engineer to visit and fix it but they don't provide that service. I was dismissed when I said either the motor and battery don't work so I asked for my money back which they would not honour. Eventually they sent me a new battery and motor and I was right all along, the battery was at fault. I spent a good 2 weeks trying to solve the problem myself and eventually got it working. I asked for at least compensation for having to sort the problem myself and the most they offered was 10% refund. Absolute disgrace of a company, trading standards need to look into them. Far far far overpriced for what you get. Avoid like the plague”

“Ordering was easy and cheaper than other suppliers (others had expensive hidden delivery charges) - just pick the blind, choose the colour and enter your details. I did have to ask when it would arrive as I was on a tight timeline, but shouldn’t have worried and got a really quick response. Arrived within a couple of days and was really easy to install.”

“Very pleased with our skylight lantern blind; my wife and I managed to fit it without too much difficulty. I took a tip from a previous review which suggested innitially securing it by sitting it on nails before screwing into place. This worked well as the blind itself is quite light. It does exactly the job we wanted it to; as the summers get hotter and brighter, it becomes imperative to shut out some of the suns heat and glare.”
