“Fiddly and difficult for an amateur to fit. Looks ok once fitted but not running smoothly and would not last long with regular use. Disappointed overall.”

“My roof lentern is only 2mm out of square and with the blind supplied they asked me to pack the sides out of level so the blind doesn’t fall out of track. In my opinion tolerances on the manufacture of the blind leaves too little track space for blind to open and close without falling out”

“Took forever to arrive. When arrived the fixings arent really fit for purpose. Instead of it being a skylight blind as advertised, it is a normal blind which you then just turn however, this means that the fixings which they 'expect' to be in wood are unlikely to be and therefore the blind would likely fall down unless you sort this out yourself. Not a huge issue perhaps but annoying for the price point. Average communication. Did fit well.”

“The blind does exactly what it is supposed to do so there is no argument there, I do feel for what it is it’s very expensive, poor fittings so I used my own. Quality of the blind is good but as I said for the price it needs to be!”

“Setting up it was easy enough, and no issue with delivery time. I’ve broken it literally within a couple hours of owning it, for £70 literally how could the build quality allow me to break it by pulling it with a fair force. They are fully extended and will not retract, the fabric on the left slide has pulled out, and ripped from the black tabs which hold it. For £70 thats so poor - I never used it with one hand as per instructions and used a normal force.”
