“Manual pole is universal and not custom meaning no positive connection with the blind, risk of the pole slipping and damaging the fabric.”

“Fitting can be a little problematic on your own, but once you have found the best way you would not have a problem doing it again. The blind works as it should, but it was a little more expensive than some other some other providers.”

“The measurement and order process for this self assembly and installation latern blind is very comprehensive and precise and the resulting effect is very good. However the assembly and installation guide would benefit from a review and reworking from the user point view. Inspite of this minor reservation the end result is very satisfactory.”

“Really easy to order - good quality and better value than a lot of other places. The only thing I wish I'd done is considered the fact the skylight is high, so opening and closing a non-electric blind is tricky. Maybe a reminder on the webpage would be beneficial, to say when ordering 'for blinds you cannot reach manually, consider electric' be good for your sales too! ;-)”

“i ordered my Lantern OpenView back in August, i spoke to Steve who was very helpful in advising me which blind would be suitable and i am very happy with my purchase, although i do not agree that a fairly large blind is a diy job and should have the option for a fitter to measure and fit if required by the customer. i experienced wrong measurements on my part, thankfully Naiomi was so helpful and resolved the problem efficiently a special thanks to the fitter and thank you Steve and Naiomi for your help and support.”
