“I've been using the Kalme full range for a week now and it completely outstripped my expectations. Not only does my skin feel soft and moisturised but there has been a distinct difference in the redness. My face is less red and looks normal.”

“I have used the day defence for several years. Never been disappointed with the cream, works with or without make-up on and reduces the redness on the cheeks. Never been disappointed with the service from the skin shop.”

“LOVE LOVE LOVE LipQ and wouldn't be without it. Before using this product I would have regular outbreaks of cold sores. I use it twice a day and it works. Please please can you bring out a LipQ stick as this would be more hygienic. 🤞”

“I placed an order and received a confirmation email. At the same time, I received another email offering me 10% off my first order. What is the point of this? I'd already placed my first order! I emailed to highlight this and was told 'sorry, the only way to claim the 10% would be to cancel the order and re-order'! Not a great process or particularly good Customer Service I would say.”

“I'm still awaiting my delivery, it's been in Southampton since Monday 13th with no movement according to Royal mail tracking so not feeling too hopeful it will ever arrive at this stage. :(”

“While I had no issues with the service aspect of this company, items were delivered and everything was as it should be. The products themselves however, while supposed to be aimed to help with more specified issues, didn’t work at all and if anything made my issues worse. I would not recommend their products sadly.”
