I placed an order and received a confirmation email. At the same time, I received another email offering me 10% off my first order. What is the point of this? I'd already placed my first order! I emailed to highlight this and was told 'sorry, the only way to claim the 10% would be to cancel the order and re-order'! Not a great process or particularly good Customer Service I would say.
