“Had four attepts as it kept timing me out stateing 7 minutes of inactivity, but there wasn't any inactivity, it should say, you have 7 minutes to complete, you better hurry up next time !”

“Can’t rate but have to put a star to carry on ??? because I can’t find the tickets I’ve booked, tried to log on again and again, not great with technology, so why not just send proof of purchase to my phone, I’ve now got to find someone to deal with it or phone up . Why ?”

“Good service but too short time filling details for ticket requirements. Only given 8 minutes. My time run out and I lost my tkts. Had to wait for the seats I picked to show up again before I retried and booked again”
