“Free event..tickets nice & easy to book”

“It's very easy to book tickets and use the skiddle app, the only reason it's not 5 stars is because my 2 tickets showed as brought then I checked a few days later n it only showed 1 ticket ! Gone back this morning and it's showing 2 tickets again! So I would recommend taking a screen shot of your tickets you don't want to get in the que and something happen like that !”

Hi there Thanks for your review. This was caused by a temporary issue which was quickly picked up and resolved by our technical team. Your tickets are automatically stored within the app and will always show even if you don't have any wifi, 3G or 4G connection. I hope that this helps and thanks again for using Skiddle. “Easy to use website & quick booking process. I would still rather have my tickets delivered through the post than have to print them off or download them. I am a bit old school though.”

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. The delivery method of our tickets is set by the event organisers and is most commonly our downloadable RapidScan barcoded ones. We find that this new school method is both faster and more secure for your benefit. In the future, you can also avoid having to print off your tickets by showing them using your phone at the door. You can do this with either the downloadable PDF files you receive via email at the point of purchase or accessing your tickets through our app. Thanks again for using Skiddle. Kind regards, James
