Hi Sam thanks for the feedback! Although we don't offer PayPal, we do have Apple and Android pay within the Skiddle app which makes ticket purchases super quick. We also aim to make purchasing with a debit or credit card just as easy and secure with very few steps involved in the process. I hope that this helps and enjoy the event! Kind Regards Ella

“Lots of info about what I was buying . Was a bit difficult to get the tickets onto the app . Maybe because I'm not very clever with tech ! Not happy about a warning popping up when I took pic of ticket as backup . I wanted insurance in case my ticket never appeared on the app , once getting to my event .”

Hi Janet Thanks for your review and feedback. Once purchased, your tickets are automatically stored within the app and will still display even if you don't have any 3\4G or Wifi connection! I hope that this information helps and thanks again for using Skiddle. Kind Regards Ella

“every thing fine but please remember there is an army of old farts out there and we are not very savey about techy stuff. when compiling various specs and overviews perhaps some older person might make suggestions that the young wizards might consider”

Hi David Thanks for your feedback and positive feedback. Please be aware that the booking fee is calculated as a percentage of the face value (which is set by the event organisers) and this is typically higher for festivals for example Booking fees are primarily charged because we pay the full face value of your ticket price directly onto the event promoters. These fees cover the overheads which are incurred when providing a secure online ticketing platform, including for our general running costs such as staffing, insurances, card processing fees, website development, and administration. As you can understand, the higher the price of the ticket, the higher our costs are too. Without charging a booking fee we, unfortunately, wouldn’t be able to operate. However, we can appreciate that you'd like to pay as little as possible for your tickets which are why our fees remain amongst the lowest in the industry and we are always striving to keep these costs to an absolute minimum where we can.
