“Made a bad review earlier and sorted it out with customer service staff. Given my review was not the nicest to read, they were non-judgemental and understanding and helped rectify the issue - although it was my own misinterpretation that caused it. Only objection was I submitted my review anonymously so I wasn’t expecting anyone to get back to me.”
