“Got tickets to a sold out gig. However. You Should be asking what you can do better.. 360 degree feedback and all! Ten minutes to accept tickets on standby for a gig.. if it was an hour this would take into account individual circumstances. Also I was informed I'd receive a text but I was lucky I saw my emails...”

“I found booking on Skiddle really quick and easy. My only complaint is I have not received an email with my tickets attached to print off (I have checked my spam folder).”

“I was able to make a booking and it was easy to do. However I was on a waiting list and it didn’t say where the message to say if I was able to buy one of the last tickets would come to, it be Facebook messenger, Text or E-mail. Therefore I almost missed out on a chance to get the ticket that was reserved for me, had my friend not suggested to check my e-mails as I was expecting a text message”

Hi Eleanor thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. When you're completing your purchase, the delivery method is always specified on the checkout page for you. Upon completion of your order, you're also provided with your order reference number and prompted to check your inbox for your ticket collection email. Hi Angela, Thank you for taking the leave your review and I'm glad to hear that you found it easy to book your tickets with Skiddle. Booking fees are charged simply because we pay the full face value of your ticket price directly onto the event promoters. As such, these fees cover the overheads incurred when providing a secure online ticketing platform, including for our general running costs, staffing, insurances, card processing fees, website and app development, and administration to name a few. Without charging the booking and handling fees we unfortunately wouldn’t be able to operate, however we can appreciate that you like to pay as little as possible for your event tickets which is why our fees remain amongst the lowest in the industry and we're always striving to keep these costs to an absolute minimum where we can. Whilst PayPal isn't currently a payment option offered, we ensure that purchasing your order(s) using your debit or credit card is just as secure, simple and as seamless as possible with very few steps involved in the entire booking process.
