“Booking and paying for my event tickets was so simple and easy. However, obtaining the bar coded ticket was not quite as simple since I booked and paid for the event on my laptop, then had to transfer all the information to my android device in order to download ticket. All in all though, now that is done I expect the service to be easy peasy next time.”

Hi Sandra Thanks for your review and positive feedback. You can access your tickets via the Skiddle app which is available on Android. All you need is the email address used to purchase the tickets with in order to log in and your barcodes are automatically stored within the 'My tickets' section. “Great but I didn't realise I was booking with Skiddle so when the confirmation email came in I trashed it because I didn't recognised the name Skiddle. However when I called to get a confirmation they were great and sent me one instantly. I then checked my trash and there were the originals all along. so just a note to say - make it a little clearer that athough you are booking Belladrum you are using SKIDDLE. That's all. x”
