Hi there Thanks for your review. The additional amount added to your order is made up of a booking fee which is applied per ticket and a handling fee. We charge a booking fee because we pay the promoter the full face value of your ticket back .The fee also goes towards our general running costs and unfortunately without it we wouldn't be able to provide a ticket booking platform. However, we can appreciate that fees can be frustrating so we're upfront and honest about the costs involved and we always keep them to a minimum where we can. With regards to the small amount charged for Rapid scan delivery, this covers the costs incurred by the technology required to issue and validate your tickets at the event. It's still cheaper than having them posted out for example and there's lots of other benefits to digital tickets for both you and the event promoter. Please be aware that the event organiser determines the ticket delivery method but you'll be glad to hear that we're phasing out e-tickets in favour of Rapid scan barcoded tickets.
