“purchased a ticket for paul van dyke today by mistake bought it for southampton not glasgow lol tried to resell on skiddle not allowed so now im £70 down i know it was my mistake but really should be a better returns or cancelation process”

“Called regarding refund that was supposed to be placed into my account and was answered by service adviser Ali who kindly disconnected the call for no apparent reason called again as thought this may have been a mistake to be disconnected by Ali again.”
