“As i am of an older age group getting your tickets through the post is still my preferred option . At least then you have a momento of the concert and when you look back you know exactly when it was.”

Hi Ian, Thank you for your feedback. There are many different ways in which you are able to access your tickets. You can also print your ticket out to keep this as a copy. You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. MK Skiddle Customer Support Team

“Pretty good really. I couldn't be bothered dowloading the app and was happy to buy and dowload my tickets via the website, and print them off like the proud old fogey I am! Not everything needs an app!”

“Couldn’t use the website on my phone, kept taking me to the last stages of payment and wouldn’t go through. Tried on my laptop and was super easy and fast and finally purchased my tickets. Would use again .”
