“I purchased bonfest tickets as part of my step fathers Christmas, I buy him them every year, however this is the first year that Skiddle has operated the ticketing system. Each previous year I was able to add my step father as a recipient (so his name was shown on the tickets), download and print off the tickets and put them in a Christmas card for him, but this year, through skiddle, there was no option to add him as a recipient and the tickets cant be downloaded until the 20th March 2026. Merry Christmas :(”

“The tickets priced at final release were the only ones available but once I’d purchased them cheaper tickets suddenly became available. Clearly a ploy to sell more expensive tickets”
