Found the process hard as I already was registered but needed to change my password which took too long and I missed early tickets I ended up signing in as a guest to make sure I got the next time

Easy to buy the tickets. Last minute purchase. Printed off but would not scan at O2 Academy Bristol. Delay getting in while they checked emails, payments, confirmation etc. They agreed tickets looked genuine and eventually let us in. Kept tickets to contact Skiddle's. Not sure if fault lies with Skiddle or O2 Academy.

Hi Mario, Thank you for your feedback. The barcodes that are generated when you purchase tickets from Skiddle are unique to each order and will permit you entry to the event. It is the event organiser's responsibility to be able to scan these correctly when you arrive at the venue, I am glad that they permitted you entry to the event as there is no reason why they shouldn't have. I only found out I had problems with purchasing some tickets made last October 2023, when I checked my credit statement and the transaction was not listed in December. So I tried to redo the purchase but the ticket prices went up as it “second release”. Contacted the Festival company. They checked and could see the transaction. So I had to redo it at the increased price.

Booked a show in Dublin and had to pay sterling, then had to download app to get the tickets. Required name and phone of each member of party to access the tickets,which is over the top and probably against gdpr. Hate this app.

Hi Noel, There are many different ways in which you are able to access your tickets. You do not need to download our app to access your tickets, as you can actually download your tickets as a PDF from your email confirmation. Not happy about the booking fee at all, sometimes it's 50p per booking, sometimes it's £1.25 per booking. Ridiculous

I WAS GIVEN 20 MINUTES TO BOOK MY SEATS!! THEN THE WEBSITE WOULDN'T ACCEPT MY PASSWORD. I WOULD NEVER CHOOSE TO BOOK WITH YOU AGAIN. SHOCKING!!

Tried with credit card. It was flagged as a fraud as your payment system. Then my card was blocked on my second attempt Tried third time with different card and got tickets very easy

Hi Nic, Thank you for leaving a review. As the event you booked is very popular, there were only a limited number of tickets available to purchase when it went on sale. Moreover, event organisers often limit the amount of tickets that can be purchased by 1 customer so that more customers can get a chance to get a ticket. A nightmare. Fortunately, my son was able to print the 6 A4 size pages - 6 tickets. I have suggested to Chester Cathedral that they need a better way of selling tickets.

Service Vs Price, adults should not charged for the Christmas event, Williamson Park. Based on the online prices, I was overcharged for entry. The guy selling the tickets had no Information on anything going on. The staff on the children's rides were very unfocused, unhappy and lacked any energy. There wasn't enough to warrant the price of a child's ticket (Santa visits not included)and adults should not be charged at all. Two stars are for the face paint ladies, the brown teepee activities and the story teller. They were all great but the rest was very mediocre and somewhat disappointing again for the price.

There was 4 releases. I got on at exactly 10 and all releases were sold out. I believe there was no other releases.

Hi Molly, Unfortunately, once ticket allocations have sold out there is nothing we can do. However, the organisers may make more tickets available in the future which is why I would recommend checking if there is a waiting list for the event you are referring to. If there is a waiting list and you sign up then you will be notified when more tickets become available. Refund protection is an optional extra that customers can choose to purchase alongside their tickets. Booking was easy enough but frustrating that tickets can’t be transferred to friends who will be attending - or it’s not obvious how to do this if the app allows.
