You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. “We pay for a ticket got to the venue then got questioned for id got some one to bring his passport which is the only id he has and his birth certificate and then the security were saying that he wasn’t thirteen and that wasn’t his id when we know full well it was and haven’t received a refund then we asked what do you want us to do when we have brought his id then was saying that we need to bring his real id which it was his real id.they didn’t like the fact that he didn’t look the age they they wanted him to.”
