“First, we would like to thank Shirley McCue for helping us with our booking on a fabulous cruise in November. Very professional handled all our problems (and then some) with a "smile" in her voice. We have used Six Star once before. Everyone I dealt with at Six Star were helpful whether we booked or not. The Service team answered our questions. Cannot fault anything, well done to all. Thanks again.”

“Stacey was very helpful and it was so nice to speak to the same person who had booked our last cruise. All our questions were answered and we were guided through all the options. Even though her computer was playing up she even asked a collegue to ring us. 5* servive.”

“On the whole a very professional company. I don't think I have come across one person at six star cruises who does not go out of their way to help you. Phones are always answered professionally ( Love the fact that they match up your name to your number on the automated phone system... quite a unique personal touch) They don't always know the answer to your questions but will always try to find out. Only one slight niggle... hence the four stars on a couple of Occasions a person has promised to get back to me and they have not... maybe just very busy) On the whole as far as using a travel agency goes six star cruises are a very friendly and professional company.”

“Few Niggles, BA flight turns out to be Aerlingus and I could have booked them cheaper myself had I known Hotels offered were 60 pounds less on booking.com per night An amendment to my name is still wrong. No I wouldn't use again”
