“I have tried to book 2 different cruise and stay packages over the last 4/5 days only to be told that sorry this offer is not available and being told “we haven’t updated the web site I tried to put in a complaint only to be told this has to be in writing despite Six Star having all my details regarding the 2 separate enquires !!! When they do then offer availability the price suddenly jumps by thousands !!! It feels Six Star are our luring people in using offers they have no intention of fulfilling Poor service and unwilling to readily accept complaints Shame on Six Star Cruises”

“Our latest booking was efficiently handled by Chris and the price we paid was less than the one we were quoted on Regent Seven Seas' own website. So we were very happy with Six Stars' service.”

“We had a very positive experience booking with Six Star Cruises. Laura, our concierge was brilliant. She price matched another company, and we could choose our cabin which was perfect for us. She was so friendly, helpful and polite, she made the booking process very easy.”

“The booking process with Dan was very efficient. He is on top of his subject, very knowledgeable and professional We rate Dan 5/5 We rate Six Star Cruises 3.5 / 5 due to our past two years of experience prior to moving our business to Dan Wrt recommending 6* cruises I would caveat my comments with 'provided you get a good cruise concierge'”
