“Emailed Laura Sunday evening (after she had finished work). An hour later got reply with suite on hold. Next morning after cheery conversation our lovely cruise to Japan was all booked. Who could ask for more?”

“Our second booking with SSC. Knowledgeable, fast and friendly. Our concierge, Tara is a font of information. Tara is our 'goto' now for bookings. Some of the cruise line systems are another matter, looking at you Explora Journeys.....”
