This is our 5th booking with Six Star Cruises within the last 12 months. We keep going back to them because in our opinion they offer the best cruise packages. In addition, the Customer Service is outstanding in comparison to other Cruise Companies we have used. It is important to us to be able to contact someone when needed and Six Star provide this service. Our Concierge of choice is Stacey Williams who is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and has always delivered excellent service.

Lisa was really helpful when Booking our cruise. Unfortunately there was a large discrepancy in the price quoted in the Six Star Cruises advertisement from Oceania. She reported this, however the same offer was circulated twice more, which was very misleading. We can’t fault Lisa at all, she was excellent and we have booked our cruise with her.

We'd had a small 6*mailed brochure featuring some interesting seabourn cruise. We spotted one on a new expedition ship that interested us, so enquired. Though far more expensive than we'd normally spend, we asked for details. The agent was most accommodating and could arrange convenient flights and arrange deviation from the package to suit our needs. We were happy at the 6* flexibility, and the agent's positive response.

After a cruise was cancelled Richard Wishaw was extremely helpful and cautious with his advice for us to make a decision on our next cruise booking. He always keeps you informed and gets the best price possible.

I wish I could rate 0. AVOID. Our experience with six star cruises was a disaster. We were supposed to cruise with the expensive Silversea 10 nights in the Caribbean in February 2024 (WOR-131699). Unfortunately i got a serious illness 3 weeks before and we had no choice but to cancel the cruise. I then realised that Six star cruises (Donna Worsnip) lied to me twice. First, she lied by telling us that the final payment was due in November 2023 but claimed it earlier in the beginning of September and did not want to budge. Secondly, she always assured us that if we had to cancel the cruise for an unforeseen situation, we will get a full price voucher for an other chosen cruise. Six star cruise did NOT give us a voucher nor any explanation. We lost all our money. I was in a vulnerable situation and they took advantage of it. Shame on them. We are now escalating this matter. Their REFUNDS policy is unacceptable, we were very disappointed with their horrible service.

Thank you for your review, We are a customer focused company and your feedback is extremely important to us. I can see that our Customer Relations team have been in contact with you after a full investigation and we hope this has clarified our position in full. It is unfortunate that the balance due date for your holiday was brought forward however this was a requirement of the cruise line and we are sorry for any inconvenience this caused, there was no evidence of your sales concierge advising of a voucher being offered for the full cost of a cruise should you need to cancel, however, you were advised on loss of deposit prior to balance due and an increase of monies lost the nearer to departure date should you cancel your holiday along with recommendations for travel insurance providers. We are truly sorry that you were not able to take your cruise. May I thank you once again for taking the time to contact us.

We have booked a couple of cruises through Six Star and every member of staff has been fabulous both times. Just recently we have had wonderful help from Julia in upgrading our flights; she took a lot of time and trouble to get us the best price.

Emma Gray is by far the best cruise consultant we have ever dealt with. In fact Emma has delivered the best service, I’ve ever experienced anywhere and I’m 63. It’s a delight dealing with Emma. Booking our first-ever cruise with Katie was truly exceptional. Her outstanding knowledge, patience, and commitment were evident as she carefully considered our preferences, needs, and expectations. Katie guided us through every step of the process, addressing even the smallest details and any concerns we had. She efficiently managed our flights, itinerary, and excursions promptly. My husband as just found out he has leukemia and will need chemo rounds for up to 8 weeks plus..our Amazara cruise begins on 29th June,it is payed in Full. Amazara Flatley refuse to defer our holiday to celebrate our 40th anniversary and his 70th birthday.They will take 60% of our fee to cancell,even though there must be time to selling again. Its good to know compassion is top of Amazaras priorities. Thank you ever so much. Betty.
