“Able to access Dan directly by phone or email. We have used him for some years. Always gives us good advice. Responds quickly picks up on all of our options. Nothing to much trouble.”

“As ever, we booked with our regular concierge, Dan, and we 'breezed' through the formalities of booking with no surprises. Dan had been speedy and informative on quotes for this cruise and sybsequently discussed options including cabin location, timings and trip extensions. We found the quote to be especially competitive and will be happy to maintian our connections with Dan and the team”

“We have used sixstar over many years (I believe close to ten years now )and recommended them to our friends . The service we receive from Donna Worsnip is exceptional so personal , nothing is to much trouble and always is knowledgable or will go the extra mile to find out for us . She is always very patient even when I ask stupid question , which I am sure she will tell you I do on many occasions. Make sure you ask for her.”

“Great teamwork between Dan and Donna. It's really good that when your normal cruise concierge is off another member of staff will help and advice with a new booking before passing it back to our regular agent who then expertly fine tuned the cruise. Thank you to both Dan and Donna for all your efforts, very much appreciated. Thank you also to Six Star for the Fortum and Mason Hamper, a lovely touch.”
