“Cabin on cruise was not acceptable. Agent offered cabin upgrade for not a lot more. Agents are always pleasant and helpful ringing back with details.”

“Laura did exactly what she said she'd do and also came up with a good price. Although another big agent had told me that there were no balcony suites left (only ocean view), Laura managed to get one, so I'm impressed.”

“Personable young man. At time of booking headline promotion "Case of Wine", Nil booking charge or credit card fees" Subsequently no wine as not above minimum spend. Thought the days of shoddy advertising was over. Won't book with Six Star again!!”

“Knowledgeable and pleasant staff dealt with my enquiry and a seamless transition between Katie and Andrew over first /second day and efficient hand back to Katie on the 3rd day. Managed to achieve my requirements through a combination of package arrangements with Regent and Private arrangements to/from ship to my satisfaction. Well done!”
