“Elizabeth was very helpful, attentive and knowledgable. She offered the best advice for our cruise and found the best deal for us with an improvement on the allocated cabin, ensuring we got the best deal before the prices went up...which they did the following day. Thank you Elizabeth.”

“Much better service than i had last time i booked but we were coming out of covid so maybe that was the problem. Stacey was excellent at helping sort my holiday. Hope everything in future contact is as good as the booking procedure.”

“My husband and I saw a cruise for August and, because we had been delighted with our previous bookings using SixStar Cruises, we rang them again and spoke to Erin. Erin answered all our questions and researched further because we required different flights and hotels. She gave recommendations and advised how we could achieve the best deal. We agreed on the price but asked that another cabin be reserved until we had spoken with friends who might wish to join us. This was not a problem and, once our friends decided to join us, Erin proceeded with each booking with the cabins we had chosen. Erin was very efficient and went through the whole process and itinerary with us before sending all the details via e-mail for our checking. Thanks very much Erin for making things so easy and it was so nice hearing a cheery, helpful and friendly voice on the phone.”

“We have now used Six Star Cruises several times and the service again was first class. We had a good idea of our intended cruise but there were booking / pricing details which we did not understand and these were clarified immediately by Six Star. This allowed us to proceed and by the end of the call our cruise was booked with cabin reserved, and email confirmation within the hour. Good and quick service.”

“We have been dealing with Six Star Cruises for many years. The staff are always excellent, always ready to help, nothing too much trouble but Stacey Williams is "our girl to go to" and we could not praise her more. Any request is dealt with at once, we have the greatest confidence in her.”

“I used Six Star Cruises for the first time last year and found them very helpful so this year when I was trying to decide which cruise to goon I decided to contact them again. The staff are excellent - knowledgable, helpful and friendly and once I decided on a cruise, the booking process was simple and straightforward.
