“Having booked a couple of cruises with Shirley McCueand Six Star Cruises, I now would not use anyone else. She is efficient, thorough, knowledgeable and, above all, friendly and approachable. When I encountered a problem with upgrading flights with Silversea Cruises she went out of her way to step in and get a resolution, refund and compensation for me. Six Star cruises have also got the best prices for me without loss of service. Best of all, within just a few minutes of dialling their number, a real live person answers the telephone!! That is a real bonus these days!”

“This is my second booking with Six Star Cruises. The booking process was easy with both concierges involved. They kept me updated with relevant changes and updates. Their website is so easy to use. No need to remember passwords! They try their level best to get what you want to book and also guide you.”

“We were introduced by close friends to Six Star Cruises and shall be travelling with them. Stacey Williams contacted me and has been incredibly helpful and understanding since we first spoke. Explaining everything in detail and then continuing to ensure we had all the information that we needed after we had booked. Having worked in the service industry all my life, I notice when I receive excellent service.”

“Elizabeth was very knowledgeable about Regent cruises and gave us excellent advice. She made the booking experience pleasant and has a very friendly but professional manner. We will certainly book future cruises with her again as she gave us the service we wanted but unfortunately had not received with our previous travel agent.”
