“Easy contactless purchase. Product as described, collected next day as their unit was only 20mins from where I lived. Nice young chap greeted me in a face covering upon arrival, opened the box to show me the sink and placed it into my car. Will certainly buy from this company again.”

“I love my new tap is perfect it is chrome and very shinny, it is very elegant. The customer service is also great. i changed my mind about the style of tap i wanted, one tap instead of two they managed to stop delivery of one and replaced with another, no hassle.”

“Brilliant, exemplary service, and competitive pricing to boot! I placed an order but didn't realise the quoted delivery time only applied to the fastest, paid option - which meant the item was going to take five days, rather than two. Richard was patient about explaining the issue and, despite it being my error, then went the extra mile by upgrading my delivery to ensure that we had the sink to match our fitting schedule. Couldn't have asked for more.”

“The reviews on the website do vary from one extreme to the other. Obviously I can only provide a review on my own experience and that is why I have given 5 stars! Ordered a tap at the weekend, for which the website description was absolutely accurate. Had e-mail contact with Richard who responded very quickly with appropriate update information. The website system was very slow to update but any query I had was answered promptly and accurately. Tap arrived when promised and works a treat! Thank you Sinks-Taps.com, especially Richard.”
